Interactive points
We embed hotspots in the scene: room descriptions, "before" photos, PDF spec sheets, videos, or voiceovers. Clients click on what interests them instead of reading a description on the side.

Premium 3D virtual tours — created from panoramic photographs and assembled in Pano2VR, guaranteeing the highest image quality. Available 24/7, on any device, with no app installation required.
A 3D virtual tour is currently the most powerful tool for selling real estate online. The client explores the interior as if they were there — at any time, from a phone, tablet, or computer, without scheduling a visit. This shortens the path from listing to decision and filters out undecided buyers, saving your time.
We assemble our tours from panoramic photographs taken with a camera and precisely stitched in Pano2VR — rather than from automatic 3D scanners. The result is a sharp, natural image with correct lighting and colors, unattainable with cheaper solutions. We refine every scene by hand.
We add what actually helps with the sale to the tour:
The tour works everywhere — on websites, listing portals, and social media — and you get a ready-to-use link and embed code (iframe), just like in the example below.
Drag to look around. Switch properties and compare — it works the same way for your client, on any device.
A virtual tour is not just an image — it's an interface. We can embed actions, connect your systems via API, and turn a presentation into a real sales tool.
We embed hotspots in the scene: room descriptions, "before" photos, PDF spec sheets, videos, or voiceovers. Clients click on what interests them instead of reading a description on the side.
A "Book a viewing" button connected via API to your calendar — clients choose an available slot without leaving the tour, and the booking goes straight into your system.
In a showroom or show apartment, every element can be clickable: furniture, tiles, lighting. Clicking leads to a product page or adds it to the cart in your store.
The same scene in several versions — different wall colors, flooring, or furniture layouts. Buyers switch variants with a single click and see the difference instantly, in the exact same frame.
A contact form embedded in the scene — inquiries go straight to your CRM, along with information on which property and room the prospect was viewing.
See how many people entered the tour, how long they stayed, and which rooms they spent the most time in. This is real feedback on what sells the property.
A tour assembled from camera panoramas — the highest image quality, unattainable for automatic scanners.

I price 3D virtual tours starting from PLN 110 net per panoramic point, meaning each spot from which you can look around — and the larger the area, the more of them are needed. A typical apartment requires from a few to a dozen points, and commercial properties require correspondingly more. You can calculate the exact cost using the pricing calculator; I bill real estate agencies based on individual rates per panorama, with a minimum fee.
A standard virtual tour is ready within 48–72 hours of the shoot. For large properties — hotels, office buildings, warehouses — the turnaround time is extended to about 5 business days, as there are significantly more scenes and we connect each one manually.
I don't use an automatic scanner. I build virtual tours from panoramic photos taken with a camera and combine them in Pano2VR, ensuring the image is sharp and the light and colors are natural. Scanners are faster, but they produce a soft, "plastic" image—with premium properties, it shows immediately.
Wherever you sell: on your own website (ready-to-use iframe code), on classified ad sites, on social media, and in emails to your clients. The tour works via a simple link, without installing any app.
Yes — as a trusted Google Street View photographer, I publish virtual tours directly to your Google Business Profile and Google Maps. This is especially beneficial for hotels, restaurants, salons, and clinics, as the tour is visible right away in search results.
Yes, fully responsive — phone, tablet, computer, and VR headsets, without installing an app. Gyroscope control also works on phones: turn your device, and the view follows your movement.
From studio apartments of around 20 m² to properties over 5,000 m² — hotels, office buildings, halls, and showrooms. For spaces exceeding 1,000 m², we plan the shoot in stages and apply dedicated procedures to maintain consistent lighting throughout the entire virtual tour.
Quite a lot: interactive points with descriptions and documents, a floor plan with dimensions, a contact form that goes straight to your CRM, appointment booking via API, switchable finishing options, and in showrooms, even a redirection to the product page in the store. I have described the details in the Advanced Features section on this page.
Yes. I provide data on how many people entered the tour, how long they stayed, and which rooms they viewed the longest. This is concrete feedback — it shows what attracts attention in the property and what is worth presenting differently.
