A modern single-story house with an area of approximately 260 m² was another project where I was responsible for a comprehensive property presentation. The scope of work included professional interior photography, a video presentation, and drone footage showing both the building's architecture and its surroundings.
A private client found Grafoto through an online search engine, looking for a photographer who could combine interior photography, real estate video, and drone shots into a single, cohesive package.
Modern interiors in photography
The main goal of the shoot was to showcase the spaciousness of the house and the character of its modern interiors. Large, open spaces, minimalist finishes, and consistently designed details create a coherent whole, which I aimed to capture both in the photos and the video footage.
One of the most distinctive features of the building is the large HST glazing, flooding the interiors with natural light and opening the living room to the garden. The setup is complemented by modern external venetian blinds and smart home solutions that allow for convenient control of various home functions.
In the interior photography, I paid special attention to preserving the natural proportions of the rooms, properly capturing the light and the finishing details.
Video presentation of the house
In addition to the photos, I also prepared a video presentation of the property. The video allows viewers to see not only individual rooms, but above all the layout of the house, the flow between the interiors, and the scale of the entire building.
Smooth transitions between spaces were combined with close-ups of interior details and exterior shots, making the video a complete, seamless presentation of this modern home.
Drone footage and architectural photography
For a property like this, drone footage was an essential element of the project. The aerial perspective allowed me to showcase the structure of the single-story house, its proportions, and how the building is situated on the plot.
Combining interior photography, architectural shots, video, and aerial footage provides a much more comprehensive view of the property than a traditional photo shoot alone.
