Leszno Business Park

Working with Mr. Łukasz on the promotional materials for the Leszno Biznes Park complex was a true pleasure and a photographic challenge for us. Our task was to create comprehensive marketing materials, including:

• interior photography (warehouse, office, showroom),
• a promotional video with drone footage,
• a 360 virtual tour, ready for online publication.

The entire facility at 19 Przemysłowa Street in Leszno was captured with meticulous attention to detail, in line with the concept: "Show the potential of empty space." It is these empty yet functional interiors—thanks to proper lighting, framing, and aerial shots—that gained a new dimension, allowing future tenants to envision their business in these spaces.

What did we do?

✅ Real estate photography – up to 35 shots showing the spaciousness, natural light, and functional layout of the premises. We captured every detail, from storefronts to offices and staff amenities.
✅ Promotional video – dynamic footage from a 4K camera on a gimbal and from a drone, with music and full editing, perfectly capturing the character of the facility.
✅ 360 virtual tour – 15 panoramas, including drone shots, uploaded to the Grafoto server and also prepared as a package for embedding on the client's website.

The results? A satisfied client, and a project ready for marketing activities on the website, social media, and listing portals.
