Zacisze 21B/2 — Siechnice

This project for the "Nieruchomosci Wrocław" Anna Ołdak, Anna Truchan S.C. agency is a perfect example of a space "with soul", where modernity seamlessly blends with a warm, rustic vibe.

Working on this loft apartment in Siechnice required a comprehensive approach, which is why I prepared a complete media package for the client: professional interior photography, a video presentation, and drone footage.

What is most captivating about this space?

✔️ Open space and light: The impressive height of the living room, the mezzanine, and the massive wooden structural beams create an incredible "WOW" effect right from the doorstep.

✔️ The heart of the home: A spacious, bright kitchen with a large island and wooden countertops, perfectly harmonizing with the raw structural wood.

✔️ The detail that makes all the difference: Take a look at the bathroom! A brilliant combination of modern subway tiles, black fixtures, and a beautiful, antique-style vanity.

✔️ Fantastic surroundings: Thanks to the drone footage, we managed to perfectly showcase what can't be seen from the windows – the proximity to nature, walking trails, and the picturesque reservoir in Siechnice.

By combining eye-level and aerial shots, potential buyers can truly feel the vibe of this place before they even book their first viewing.
